In the name of God Amen
I henry Sandys of Orpington in the County of Kent being weak in Body but of sound and disposing mind and memory praise be to Almight God for the same doe make and ordain this my last Will and Testament in manner following That is to say ffirst and principally I re’mmend my Soule into the hands of Almighty God my Body I committ to the Earth to be decently buried according to the discretion of my Executor hereinafter named And as touching the disposition of my temporall Estate wherewith it hath pleased the Lord to bless me I give and dispose thereof as followeth Imprimis I will my debts and ffuneral Expense to be first paid and satisfied and then my will and meaning is that my said Executors should pay to Katherine Parsons the wife of William Parsons the summe of Twenty pounds or to and among the Children of her the said Katherine in such proportion time and manner as to my said Executors shall seem fitt and convenient And all the rest and residue of my Estate as well reall as personall I give devise and bequeath to my Sons in Law Benjamin Knight and John Knight whom I hereby constitute and appoint joynt Executors of this my last Will and Testament And I do hereby revoke disannull and make void all former Wills and Testaments either nuncuperative or written and ordain this alone to be my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I the said Henry Sandys have hereunto sett my hand and Seal the Tree and Twentieth Day of ffebrary in the year o four Lord One thousand Seven hundred and Ten.
