In The name of God Amen
I Zacharias Hogsflesh of the Parish of Orpington in the County of Kent Cittizen and Turnner of London Doe make and ordaine this my Last will and Testament in manner and forme following First I give and bequeath my soule unto Almighty God hopeing to be saved onely by the meritts of my blessed Saviour and Redeemer The Lord Jesus Christ And my body to be buried by the discretion of my Executors hereafter mentioned Item I give and bequeath unto the Children of my sonne John Hogsflesh if he shall have any lawfully begotten of his body ffifty pounds which is due to me from my Cossen Winfred Brownsmith widdow Due by a Bond bearing date the 5th of Aprill 1670…1670.  Item I give and bequeath unto Cossen Thomas Hogsflesh wine Cooper of London Twenty shillings All the rest of my estate I give and bequeath unto my Sonne John Hogsflesh Alsoe I do make and ordaine my Son John Hogsflesh And my Cossen Thomas Hogsflesh wine Cooper Joynt Executors of this my last will and Testament And Master and Warden of the Company of Turnners of London for the time being Overseers In Witnes whereof I have hereunto put my hand and seale the 6th of May 1670.  Zacharias Hogsflesh Witnes Ben: Bloxton Hercules Baron
